Increasing the physical activity levels of low-income sedentary individuals under the guidance of personal trainers

The HEPALIS project aims to promote sports and physical activity among low-income individuals by developing training resources, online platforms and pilot schemes. The main deliverables include a personal trainer training curriculum, modules, an injury prevention guide and a gamification-based mentoring platform.
